Installation starts with correcting any problem areas found prior to fastening new substrates. Proper drainage and flashing components are installed as specified for your roof. The Polybond Roof System membrane is then carefully installed to achieve maximum bonding and a durable long-lasting weatherproof seal. The Polybond Roof System has a reflective coating applied to the membrane. This reduces sun damage and provides energy savings to you, the customer.
